Terms of Use

1. Order Processing: All orders placed online will be processed within 24 working hours. Our sales representatives will contact you via email for confirmation.

2. Urgent Orders: For orders needed within 3 working days, please contact our sales representatives at 9116 1900 for assistance.

3. Confirmation & Changes:  
  - Once an order is confirmed, no reductions in the number of pax or cancellations are allowed.  
  - Any increase in the number of pax must be made at least 2 working days in advance and is subject to the availability of ingredients.

4. Cancellation Policy:  
  - A 50% charge of the invoice amount will apply for cancellations made after confirmation.  
  - A 100% charge of the invoice amount will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

5. Menu Substitution: The management reserves the right to replace menu items if they are unavailable at the time. You will be informed of any changes.

6. Venue Logistics: Please inform our sales representatives if your venue:  
  – Lacks direct lift access  
  – Has an unloading area far from the venue  
  – Has a challenging layout  
  – Requires escort services  
  
  By informing us in advance, we can better plan our arrival time and manpower. Failure to notify us may result in a $50 surcharge (with GST). We will not be liable for delays due to these factors if we are not informed.

7. Food Safety Guidelines:  
  - For catering with warmers, food should be consumed within 3 hours of delivery.  
  - For catering without warmers, food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery, per NEA guidelines.

8. Payment Terms:  
  - For self-collection orders, full payment via credit card or bank transfer is required before the collection date.  
  - Full payment must be made before delivery. We do not accept cheque mailing after the event or offer credit terms without prior approval. For cheque payments, make them payable to BIJAN PTE LTD. A $30 service fee (subject to prevailing GST) will apply to bounced cheques.

9. No Cash Refund Policy: 
  As our products are perishable, no cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. However, if there are issues with your order, such as incorrect goods or spoiled items, please notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer replacement items or alternative resolutions. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
